On day eight of our Guatemala journey we visited the Jade Museum, where Eduardo told us the different types of jades, their use, and how they cut it. It looked very complicated and as if it would take a serious craftsman and steady hands. Inside the museum the actual products were very impressive with the precision craftsmanship, all made by hand. I personally didn’t buy a piece, but I saw others who did and they were impeccable pieces of art.
